2. Celebrity Special with Dion and Steel from Gladiators
Dion brings some muscle to Newcastle-under-Lyme in the form of Steel from Gladiators, who helps him to wrestle an end-of-terrace into shape.

Owain shows friend and pop sensation Ian 'H' Watkins around a Step-tacular, tiny home in the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Broadcasting icon Sarah Greene teams up with Jacqui to explore a three-bedroom terrace in Northampton, where the work is already underway.

James Bye swaps Albert Square for a Leicestershire property snoop with Martel, who auditions for a role in EastEnders while James gets stuck into the stripping-out.

A Newcastle house in seemingly great condition but with a suspiciously low guide price has Martel wondering what the catch is. Tommy’s lot in Wrexham is in need of a big old clear-out before anyone can get started. Owain is in Somerset where a mid-terrace just needs a bit of updating.
7. £10,000 Flat... What a Deal!
Is a £10,000 guide price on a flat in Ayrshire too good to be true? Martin sees the light in a South London property. And Tommy’s blown away by the views at an East Sussex house.
8. A Real Barnstormer
The prospect of a stunning barn conversion in West Sussex has Martin excited. In east London, Jacqui can’t find enough plug sockets. And Dion’s in Cheshire, where a first-time developer hasn’t followed the 'Hammer Golden Rules'.

Dion’s in Derbyshire to meet a couple determined to connect a characterful cottage with a beautiful garden to create their dream home.
10. Listen to Dad!
A father is disappointed in his son, who failed to visit the property or read the legal pack at a Liverpool terrace. Will he live to regret it? Tommy and Jacqui are in London, where both of them happen to be visiting two-bedroom flats!
11. Triple Wow
Martel is blown away by the grandeur of a 19th-century home in South Shields ripe for renovation, while developers in Newcastle under Lyme and Sheffield deliver the wow factor with stunning renovations.
12. Worth the Wait!
We see the culmination of a five year project in Cheshire, but will a couple be able to create their dream home? Martin meets a first-time developer in east London who has an inspiring attitude. In Cambridgeshire Jacqui is fighting against the overgrown shrubbery just to get into a three bed semi.
13. Anyone for Tennis?
Martin is served up a treat at a Wimbledon flat, Martel likes the character at a Sunderland property, and Dion descends on Doncaster, where he dishes out a yellow card to a developer who hasn’t viewed his new auction purchase.

Significant layout changes are in store for three properties in Merseyside, London and Rotherham. Will the new owners manage to transform their auction purchases on budget?
15. From Boy Band to Builder
Martel meets a former boy band member turned property developer in Darlington who is hoping to create a high-end house in multiple occupation. Dion’s on home turf with an Aston Villa fan looking to turn around a Birmingham terrace. Martin is wading through the undergrowth at a plot of land in Kent.
16. Cupboard with a View!
A flat in Wiltshire has some great potential, including a quirky cupboard with a lovely view, although Martin is concerned about access to the outside space.
17. A House for Dracula?
Martin is on the Jurassic Coast in Devon, but it’s vampires, rather than dinosaurs, that he’s dealing with, thanks to the interior-design tastes of the new owners of a one-bedroom flat.

An aerospace engineer applies his design skills to property development in Derby, but are his skills complementary? Jacqui visits properties in Croydon and Great Yarmouth, where the new purchasers are hands on.
