1. The Day That Everything Changed
Rex is a regular teenager, except he has nanites that he can control. He works for Providence to help contain people who have been infected by nanites and are raging out of control.
2. String Theory
An Evo infects regular people, building army. Rex must cure the Evo, or Manhattan will be "cleansed."
3. Beyond the Sea
Nanite activity is increasing around the world. Rex decides to go to one area for Spring Break. He befriends a lonely young woman with a secret agenda.
4. Lockdown
Rex and Noah enter the Zoo. A restricted area on the base. Some personal secrets are revealed.
5. The Architect
Rex hides from Providence. He encounters a group of scientists that have created a hidden community. The community doesn't realize what the creator had it mind when he built the community.
6. Frostbite
Rex absorbs too many nanites requiring an emergency visit to a secret Providence base to store the excess nanites.
7. Leader of the Pack
Van Kleiss arrives in New York as leader of Abysus, granting him diplomatic immunity, and a meeting at the United Nations.
8. Breach
Rex vanishes, and Breach is the only person who knows where he is. As Rex explores his surroundings, Holiday tries to figure out where Breach has him hidden.
9. Dark age
Rex and company head down to South America to locate a researcher who worked on nanites before the Event. He may also have answers to Rex's past.
10. The Forgotten
A Providence team retrieving some valuable data is shot down over Kiev, which has been sealed off from the rest of the world. Rex, Six, and Bobo must enter the dome to retrieve the data, and encounter the inhabitants.
11. Operation: Wingman
Rex is pursed by a killer EVO bunny. And his life is further endangered as he attempts to go to Prom.
12. Rabble
Rex encounters a group of Evos, and discovers a link to his past. He goes undercover to take down the leader of the group, and learns more about his past, and how it could affect his current life.
13. The Hunter
Rex encounters Hunter Cain. A man determined to destroy all Evos, including Rex.
14. Gravity
Researchers test a new way to eliminate nanites, but the results are not successful. Zag RS emerges and plans on using the method to destroy all the nanites. Rex must journey to a satellite to rescue Holiday and stop Zag RS.
15. What Lies Beneath
Rex receives an urgent call from Circe. Abysus is in danger, and they desperately need Rex's help. Rex, Holiday and Six go to Abysus to find out what's going on. Rex balks when he realizes what will happen if he helps the Pack.
16. The Swarm
A swarm of Evo insects that devour metals is causing havoc in Asia.
17. Basic
Rex and Noah enter Providence Basic training.
18. Plague
An Evo plague is spreading. People are falling asleep. Rex and White Knight are the only one left to stop the plague. They must work together to find the source of the plague.
19. Promises, Promises
Rex's birthday and a flashback to how he ed Providence.
20. Badlands
Rex, Noah and Bobo become separated from a convoy transporting unstable nanites. A biker gang comes after the nanites.
21. Payback
Van Kleiss steals Rex's nanites which powers up Van Kleiss and Rex powerless. Van Kleiss gains new abilities and attacks Providence. Meanwhile Rex tries to get his power back and finds something in his system.
