Season 5 Episodes
1. North East
This episode heads to the north east of England where married couple Kevin and Lalita kick off the competition with a menu inspired by Italian food and local produce. But their love of hearty portions proves a challenge for the other couples: loved-up Richard and Christine, and married couple Michelle and Charlotte. Some of the guests are left shocked when Kevin serves up black pudding, even though his wife is a pescatarian! Day two sees local girl Michelle and her southerner wife Charlotte put on an Asian themed evening. Finally, it's the turn of oldest couple Richard and Christine to host an evening of what they call dinner party classics. Their simple salad starter and French-inspired chicken leave Kevin thinking the grand is his for the taking. Is his confidence justified or will someone else scoop the cash?
2. Stockport
This brand new series kicks off in Stockport, where three rival duos battle it out to host the best dinner party and win a £1000 cash prize. Builder Lee and his girlfriend Tash start with an inventive menu that includes vanilla cured salmon and hazelnut chocolate calzone. Day two sees refined duo Judy and Will attempt to woo their guests with a fresh healthy menu. But when Tash finds a hair in her chicken, and Lee finds a greenfly in an edible pansy can Judy and Will pull their evening back? Finally it's the turn of girlfriends Jess and Dale, who aim to take their guests on an Asian taste journey combining hot, sweet, and sour. There's a big shock in store for Will and Judy when Jess reveals a tattoo of their names on her arm but all is not what it seems, and when Jess takes something off at the table will it be all over for the lively duo? Or will they bring them home the grand?
3. Cambridgeshire
In Cambridgeshire, big kids Wizz and Luke kick off with a children's party themed night. Trying to make sense of it all are guests Diana and Mark, and Ed and Steve.
4. Stoke
In this episode from Stoke, quirky young lovebirds Patrick and Lizzie host their first ever dinner party with an 'eclectic' menu. They gamble on some wartime food and beginners luck.
5. Essex
First up in this episode from Essex are partners Mike and Heather, with a menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes. But will fussy eaters Jess and Salv leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth?
6. North and East London
The series continues with this episode from north and east London, where newly-weds Anita and Terry plan to recreate their wedding day; menu and speeches included!
7. Liverpool
In Liverpool, Ste and Danielle try to impress with their American themed menu. Danielle has a hidden talent that leaves the guests gawping. But can the stateside grub bag them that grand?

The dining show heads to the Sussex coast, where childhood sweethearts Jemma and James kick off with a menu based on their unlikely romance. And a cold soup starter divides opinions.
9. Nottingham
In this episode from and around Nottingham, Sushma and Gulab offer relationship advice and strong opinions. And country-dwellers John and Shaun try to impress with their home-grown menu.
10. Brighton
In Brighton, will it be style-over-substance for young couple Hannah and Luke's ambitiously trendy menu? And after making a dubious first impression, Mark has a jaw-dropping revelation.
11. Dartford and Beckenham
This episode comes from Dartford and Beckenham, where Jamie and his fiancée Carol kick off the competition with a party themed evening, inspired by their ion for all things 'crazy'.
12. Northamptonshire
In Northamptonshire, competitive Felicity and Lawrence take their guests on an around the world adventure. But with their prawns still frozen, it's not a journey everyone wants to go on.
13. South Yorkshire
In South Yorkshire, Tasha and her fiancé Mark serve a Michael Jackson inspired menu. But the starter doesn't impress Rosie and her partner Sam who compare it to cutting into vomit!
14. East Sussex
In East Sussex, Freddy and Anita serve up a traditional Ghanaian menu which proves to be quite controversial, with cow's feet and tripe too much for Peter and Lisa to swallow
15. Glasgow
Glasgow pair Jean and Ron hope their `taste of Scotland' menu will impress their guests. Day two sees Colin and Craig try to claw back the limelight and jolly up the mood.
16. Bedfordshire
Three couples host dinner parties in Bedfordshire, with Gavin and Jodie, Francis and Yvonne, and Lisa and Ed all competing for the cash prize of £1,000.
17. Liverpool and Birkenham
Amateur dramatics enthusiasts Ryan and Kitty kick off proceedings in Liverpool, followed by hairdresser Karen and builder Alun, and Birkenhead couple Tony and Debby.
18. Lincolnshire
The cooking contest moves to Lincolnshire, with former soldier Scott and partner Clare kicking off the week, followed by Su and Dylan, and ending with ex-army couple Adele and Dave.
19. East Sussex
Three East Sussex couples compete for the £1,000 prize, including one pair who divide up the cooking and the hosting, and another duo who cannot seem to stop bickering.
20. Edinburgh
Edinburgh lovebirds Andy and Pim hope to impress guests Jimmy and Jas and Stuart and Jack, with a Scottish and Thai-themed menu, with a bit of American thrown in for good measure.
21. Bristol
Lee and fiancée Nicky begin the competition in Bristol with an Italian-themed menu, followed by Libby and Graham, who have been married for 54 years, and lively couple Nico and Sky.
22. Nottingham
In Nottingham, married couple Karen and Nigel kick off the competition with a Bajan-themed menu, followed by Beth and Clem's meal, and Jo and Charlie's Greek night.
23. North East England
In north east England, musicians Nick and Kelly get the ball rolling, diner style, with their rock 'n' roll themed night. But will it be Happy Days or will the guests be All Shook Up?
24. Bournemouth
In Bournemouth, John and Karen showcase their home grown food. But Sarah-Jane is worried that she'll be eating their 'pets' and pescatarian Zoe is accidentally given meat for her starter.
25. Essex
In Essex, Mark and Diane bring a taste of their Mediterranean travels to their menu - by way of their very own garden, and encourage their guests to sing with them, to mixed review
26. Sheffield
Three couples host dinner parties in Sheffield, with Ray and Chloe, Andrew and Claire, and Rob and Emma all competing for the cash prize of £1,000.
27. North London
Engaged couple Anita and Cash get the ball rolling in north London, with a menu drawing on their Indian heritage. ing them is Keith and his laid-back wife Maz, and foodies Dan and Les.
28. Hampshire
In Hampshire, James and Victoria have chosen a menu themed around their favourite holiday destination of Spain. But which couple will be flamenco-ing off with that £1000 prize?
29. Yorkshire
Rugby fan Andy and dental nurse Holly kick off in Yorkshire with a Mexican fiesta - but with a few blunders in the kitchen. ing them are Mitesh and Jess and Paul and Mandy.
30. Lincolnshire
Three couples host dinner parties in Lincolnshire, with Lara and Greg, Jenna and Mitch, and Andrew and Liz all competing for the cash prize of £1,000.
31. Bournemouth
In Bournemouth, the first hosts are couple of 20 years Nikki and Steve. They're feeling positive, but with some of the group more boisterous than others, will their confidence last?

In Bournemouth, married couple David and AJ kick off with a menu inspired by David's homeland South Africa. But will it be a carb overload for guests Alex and Vinnie, and Andrea and Wayne?
37. West Country
Three couples from the West Country compete, with Tam and Stuart kicking off the week with an evening of local cuisine, followed by Ian and Phil, and Kyle and Renee.
38. West Midlands
Three West Midlands couples compete for the £1,000 prize in a week that sees potato rivalry, a disappointing dessert and neverending pranks from one particular guest.
