Rei Sakuma

Rei Sakuma (佐久間 レイ, Sakuma Rei, January 5, 1965) is a Japanese seiyū (voice actress), actress and singer born in Setagaya, Tokyo. Her real name is Reiko Sakuma (佐久間 玲子, Sakuma Reiko). Her blood group is B and she is 158 cm tall. She is d with Ookina. She debuted in the entertainment industry in 1982 on NHK's Let's Go Young under the name Rei Sakuma (佐久間麗, Sakuma Rei).

During her idol days, she was d with Saiga Kikaku (才賀企画), but in late 1983 she transferred to the agency Bond Kikaku and changed her stage name to Rei Sakuma (佐久間 レ イ). In February 1983, she made her record debut with Hamidashi Tenshi and she appeared on NHK Let's Go Young as a member of the Sundays. In 1985, she debuted as a voice actress playing the role of Pias in the TV anime Dream Star Button Nose.

After that, she started working as a voice actress. She was also represented by 81 Produce and, since 2018, by her own agency Ookina.
